		<description>Well, I love the sarcasm.  I think a better way to promote envionmental protection, and stop littering(wasn&#039;t that the point of the signs?)  is to start increasing and enforcing our littering laws.  Could you imagine how fast littering would cease if the cops started handing out $500 or $1,000 tickets?  Repeat offernders could be fined up to $3,000, or the cost of one of the smaller signs.  Let the people guilty of pollution, pay the fines and public awareness costs.  Make the polluting corporations pay for the big signs, but by all means, use some decent artwork and decent sizes. Leave the tax dollars where they belong, in my wallet.</description>
